If you are wondering how and when to visit the Vicopisano Towers you are in the right place!

Guided tours, or independently, will allow you not only to immerse yourself in a now distant and perfectly preserved past but also to admire unique panoramas with otherwise unattainable points of view.

Opening time

From April to September:
Saturday and Sunday

9:30 Am to 12:30 Pm and 3:00 Pm to 7:00 Pm

October
Saturday and Sunday
10:00 Am to 6.00 Pm

From November to March:
Saturday and Sunday
10:00 Am to 4.00 Pm

In the days of 01-15-16 January 2022 the structures will not be open to the public.

Holidays opening:

How to get to Vicopisano

  • By car via the main road Fi-Pi-Li and the A11 and A12 motorways from the Altopascio, Lucca or Pisa toll booths
  • By train reaching the station of Lucca, Altopascio or Pontedera Casciana Terme (The use of public transport or taxi is required for the final part of the route)
  • By bus from Pisa, Pontedera or Lucca
  • By plane, the Galileo Galilei airport of Pisa is about 20km away (The use of public transport or taxi is required for the final part of the route)

COVID-19 green certification

According to the D.L. 105 of 23 July 2021, starting from 06 August 2021
to access the places of culture it is necessary to show the Green Pass.

Certification must certify that you have received at least one dose of the vaccine, or have tested negative for a molecular or rapid swab in the preceding 48 hours, or have been cured of COVID-19 in the preceding six months.
The Green Pass is not required for children excluded by age from the vaccination campaign and for subjects exempt on the basis of suitable medical certification.

It is possible to download the certification from the website https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/, the Regional Electronic Health Record, or the IO or “Immuni App”
