1 – VISIBILITY

Visibility of each individual participant on the Destination montepisano.travel website and related social channels.

Listing of the activity on the Montepisano app with the possibility of appearing on the map used by users to discover the area and in dedicated categories

Daily accesses to the montepisano.travel website and related social channels steadily increasing; results impossible to achieve for a single small business unless it is included in a larger, more comprehensive ‘showcase’.

 

2 – MULTIMEDIA PROMOTION

Free video and photo services for updating multimedia and promotional content of the business.

The Agency Staff provides tools and expertise to carry out photo and video services: businesses in the Network can count on up-to-date and customized images and videos to use for their own promotion. The same images appear on the Destination website to consolidate consistency and homogeneity of the offer. The material produced is then provided to the business owner who can make any promotional use of it without the need for attribution.

3 – ONLINE SALE

Selling online services and e-commerce to facilitate user purchase.

Each individual member of the Network can use the online services offered by the Destination site; technological innovation and human factor: behind every transaction is the assistance of an operator who monitors the customer’s request and preferences.

 

4 – DESTINATION CONCIERGE SERVICE

Unique ‘concierge’ service for the Destination: constant presence of a professional multilingual staff to take care of your clients’ requests.

The agency receives daily requests for activities and information-an extra service for tourists visiting Mount Pisano and a facilitation for area operators. Promotional materials maps, brochures detailed information on services and offerings of each individual Network member and the Destination as a whole.

 

5 – BIKE RENTAL AT THE FACILITY

Bike or e-bike rental at the agency or directly at the facility

Through the Destination website it is possible to rent city bikes, trekking bikes, E-MTBs of the latest generation, also with fully automated procedure. Bikes can be dropped off and picked up at Network member facilities upon request.

Thanks to the montepisano APP, which can be downloaded for free, it is possible to get useful directions to discover and reach points of interest in history, nature, restaurants agritourisms and facilities of all kinds in the area.

 

6 – DEDICATED NCC SERVICE

NCC: shuttle services on request only for guests of affiliated facilities

Thanks to the agreement with Tradycom, through the agency, Network companies can offer their clients a highly professional chauffeur rental service at standard rates on pre-structured routes at a fixed cost or for customized solutions.

 

7 – SALE OF PRODUCTS IN THE STORE

Direct sale of local products at Montepisano Store

Producers in the Network have a showcase of their products at the Store in San Giuliano Terme, where customers can buy directly or receive directions for farm visits and product history.

 

8 – FAIRS AND EVENTS

Participation in trade shows, workshops, b2b

DMC Montepisano, in the role of Travel Agency – Incoming Tour Operator for the territory, participates on behalf of all members of the Network in the most important trade fairs, workshops, B2B to present the offerings of the territory to other national and international T.O.’s.

Decisions within the Network are made collegially at meetings where all members exchange ideas, propose activities, and address problems as they arise. The Network has a president, vice-president, manager and Governing Body who are elected or reappointed annually.

How much does it cost to join?

To join, a simple membership application form must be filled out, which is evaluated and approved by the Network Governing Body.

The cost to join the Business Network is €500 one-time fee

The membership fee can be deferred over the first two years: 100 € at the time of subscription, 200 € by the end of the year, 200 € by the following year.

The annual maintenance fee is €200

To these amounts must be added the notary registration fee, at the subsidized rate of €150: notary registrations are made periodically with a minimum of new memberships and on a date to be agreed upon.
