Podere de ‘Pardi is a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil for a consumer that demands excellence, authenticity and identity.
The oil de’ Pardi is the synthesis of the cultivation, of the production environment, of the methods of collecting and pressing of olives. The olive trees are all planted on “dry terracing” dated 1700, which represents an agrarian arrangement typical of Monte Pisano. In the heart of the farm, in a panoramic position in the medieval village of Vicopisano, lies the agriturismo, a charming farmhouse furnished according to the perfect Tuscan tradition, combining rural architecture and comfortable modernity nestled in the “terraces” of old olive trees.
Behind the Podere de ‘ Pardi lies a story of people with an ambitious plan to produce with these simple ingredients: territory, quality, tradition and innovation.
