Mandatory booking within 48 hours before the experience Availability guaranteed with minimum 2 participants If the activity is canceled by the organization due to bad weather, an alternative date or activity will be proposed; if the customer cannot take advantage of the experience on the alternative date, or does not accept another experience, the organization will proceed with a full refund. In case of cancellation by the customer within 72 hours before the experience, the organization will proceed with a full refund. Otherwise, no refund will be processed.
