The village of San Miniato, located between Pisa and Florence, will captivate you and welcome you into its picturesque historic center. The Fortress of Frederick II, which towers over the entire village; the many restaurants offering their culinary delights; the famous white truffle; and, last but not least, the magic of the Via Francigena. You’ll enjoy an experience that immerses you in authentic Tuscany, where culture and nature are in perfect harmony.

The tour begins in the village of San Miniato; as soon as we leave the village, we’ll cycle through the Tuscan hills on roads with little traffic. After a few kilometers, we’ll turn onto a dirt road, and at that point we’ll find ourselves immersed in the Via Francigena. Take your time and enjoy the moment—it will be a unique opportunity to live this experience and meet pilgrims who, like you, are embarking on this mystical adventure. In addition to the beauty of the Via Francigena, we’ll also explore the village of Corazzano and its parish church of San Giovanni Battista before beginning the climb toward San Miniato, passing first through the hamlet of Collebrunacchi.
