Montepisano DMC offers tourist and experiential services, including guided tours, outdoor activities, tastings and other experiences in the area.
Booking takes place through the e-commerce platform integrated into the Site and is completed upon receipt of email confirmation.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Booking is binding only after payment according to the methods indicated on the Site.
- For some services, a deposit may be required with the balance due on location.
- All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- If unable to participate, the User must promptly notify us by email at info@montepisano.travel.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and are indicated on each product/experience page.
- In case of bad weather or force majeure, Montepisano DMC reserves the right to propose an alternative date or refund.
5. User Responsibility
The User is responsible for:
- Being in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the chosen activity.
- Following safety rules and instructions provided by the Guide or Organization.
- Supervising any accompanying minors or animals.
Montepisano DMC is not responsible for damages resulting from negligent behavior or non-compliance with received instructions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Montepisano DMC cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations due to:
- adverse weather conditions,
- force majeure or events beyond its control.
Any refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated case by case.
